Your release essentials
- Audio: upload the WAV or FLAC formats enabled for your account. KADOTS validates the file before QC.
- Artwork: a square JPEG or PNG that meets the configured resolution and artwork policy.
- Metadata: accurate titles, versions, artists, language and genre.
- ISRC: identifies a recording. Leave blank if you need KADOTS to review identifier allocation.
- UPC/EAN: identifies a release product. Existing codes are checked during QC.
- Credits and rights: name the contributors and confirm the rights to distribute.
- Dates and territories: allow review time and select the regions where you control the necessary rights.
From submission to live.
Draft → Submitted → QC → Corrections if required → Approval → Scheduling → Distribution → Store processing → Live. Delivery timing and availability depend on each platform.
Store links are shown only after availability has been confirmed. Distribution is operated manually in the initial portal release.
